The Leamington Society has awarded Housestyle Countrywide a Certificate of Commendation for Oxford House, Oxford Street “in recognition of the significant contribution made to the quality of Royal Leamington Spa.” This is the second time that the Society has considered a development by Housestyle Countrywide worthy of this prestigious award having previously recognised Clarendon Mews in 2016. The awards are issued every other year so Housestyle are especially proud to have been recognised consecutively at the last 2 award ceremonies.

Housestyle Countrywide was delighted when the property was awarded the highest five star award for Best Residential Property in Warwickshire at the International Property Awards 2016.
The Leamington Society – we were given a certificate on 14 July 2016 “in recognition of the significant contribution made to the quality of Royal Leamington Spa by The Mews, Clarendon Street, Leamington Spa.” The Mews, Milverton Crescent West, Leamington was also nominated.
